Our objective is to operate responsibly, lawfully, and sustainably in the manufacturing of metal suspended ceilings and industrial subcontracting products. To achieve this objective, we have established this Code of Conduct to define our company’s ethical principles and operating practices.
This Code of Conduct applies to all our operations as well as our cooperation with suppliers, subcontractors, and other business partners. We expect and require all parties to comply with applicable laws and regulations and to adhere to the principles set out in this document.

We respect internationally recognized human rights and require their observance throughout our operations. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, child labor, or forced labor in any form. All employees are treated fairly, equally, and with respect. We comply with applicable labor legislation, including requirements related to wages, working hours, and freedom of association.
3. Health and Safety
Occupational health and safety are a top priority for us. We comply with applicable occupational health and safety laws and regulations and require that risks are identified and managed proactively. Employees are provided with adequate orientation, training, and necessary personal protective equipment. We apply zero tolerance for the use of alcohol or drugs in the workplace.
4. Environment
We operate in an environmentally responsible manner and strive to minimize the environmental impact of our operations. We comply with environmental legislation and place particular emphasis on material efficiency, proper waste management, and the safe use of chemicals. We continuously seek to improve our use of energy, water, and raw materials.
5. Material Compliance
We ensure that the raw materials and chemical substances used in our production comply with applicable regulatory requirements, including legislation related to chemicals and product safety. We require suppliers to provide information on the origin and composition of materials to the extent necessary and to commit to compliance with restricted and prohibited substances requirements. Paints, adhesives, and other chemicals are handled and stored safely and in accordance with applicable instructions. Where required, we provide customers with material-specific compliance information.
6. Business Ethics
We conduct our business honestly and responsibly in all respects and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including applicable sanctions legislation. We do not tolerate bribery, corruption, fraud, or other unethical practices. We avoid conflicts of interest and operate in an open and transparent manner.
Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed and addressed appropriately. We protect trade secrets and confidential information.
7. Data Protection and Information Security
We protect confidential information and comply with applicable data protection and information security legislation, including requirements related to the processing of personal data. Business-related information is handled with due care and used only for purposes necessary for legitimate business operations. We maintain appropriate organizational and technical information security measures.
